Dr. Holmes is an organizational leadership scholar and author with over 25 years of management and leadership experience in the private, non-profit, government, and entrepreneurship sectors. He has held senior leadership positions, including president and founder.
In his dissertation, he thoroughly examined the challenges faced by human service workers in a government agency as they strive to provide high-quality service while adhering to the President’s executive order to deliver top-notch customer service. The study focused on the customer population, which comprised individuals receiving public assistance and dealing with substance abuse issues.
His study concluded that human service workers overwhelmingly perceived administration and politics as the key components for providing resources and services to the population.
